How do I place an order?

You can place an order right here online (www.622eats.com), or call 865-622-EATS (3287) and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with placing your order. When placing your order online, first you must choose your postal zip-code from the drop-down menu. Then simply toggle through the restaurants and click on the menu items you want; they will appear in your order tally at the top of the page. It's that simple! Please note that when ordering online for the first time, you must make a one-time call to our office to verify your account. There is a minimum $10 food total on all orders.

To which areas do you coordinate delivery and how much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is coordinated to all zip codes listed as choices in the drop-down menu on the main page. If you don't see your zip code in the menu, please call the office to see if we can coordinate delivery to your zip code. We can arrange your delivery up to 30 miles from downtown Knoxville. The base delivery fee is $3.99. Any additional delivery fee is determined by your location and the location of the restaurant you order from. For example, a downtown restaurant delivered to a downtown address will have the base delivery fee of $3.99, but if you are ordering from West Knoxville there will be an additional distance fee added to the base fee, depending on where in Knox County you are located. How long does it take for delivery?

The normal delivery time is between 45 minutes and 1 hour; however, certain situations such as traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation time can extend your delivery time. Please know that we, along with the Delivery Professional, are always working hard to coordinate your food delivery as quickly as possible, and we always strive to ensure it is hot and fresh upon delivery. We appreciate your patience. Reservations are strongly encouraged for larger orders. You can schedule delivery days, weeks, or even months in advance. The earlier you order, the better!

Will my food be hot and fresh when delivered?

Absolutely! We will always work to ensure that your food goes directly from the kitchen to the driver's thermal insulated food bag, specifically designed to keep your food hot, crispy, and fresh upon delivery. Please let us know immediately if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your food.

How much should I tip my driver?

Delivery Professionals are NOT paid by the hour, nor are they compensated for the gas they use or the wear and tear on their vehicles. They very much appreciate gratuity if you feel you have received good service. We suggest tipping the driver just like you would a server in a restaurant: at least 15 to 20 percent, but of course you may tip as much as you like. All orders over $80 will be subject to a minimum 10 percent gratuity to ensure that your driver is amply compensated. PLEASE don't hesitate to let us know if you are dissatisfied in any way with the service provided by the Delivery Professional.

Can I order from more than one restaurant?

Yes! Simply toggle between restaurants using the same tabs listed on the left-hand side of your screen. All your items will remain in the order tally at the top of the webpage as you toggle through each different restaurant. Each additional restaurant pick-up adds an additional $2.00 to your delivery fee.

Do you do breakfast orders?

Yes! We can arrange the delivery of large breakfast orders by reservation (at least $100 minimum food total). Just call the office with your order (865-622-3287) within 42 hours (about 1 and 1/2 days) of the morning you'd like it delivered and we'll take care of everything else!

Do you have any special deals or coupons?

YES! Please send an email to couponrequest@622eats.com with the subject title "coupon request" and we will email you a coupon code for online orders. Feel free to share them with friends, family, and coworkers. My son/daughter goes to school in Knoxville and I'd like them to have a good hot meal from time to time when they need to study, but I don't live in the area. What can I do?

Simply call 865-622-3287 and ask to purchase a "Gift Card" for your son/daughter. Gift Cards are available in any amount and can be paid for over the phone with a Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. Once your son/daughter has a Gift Card number, they can order any time during business hours and their food, delivery fee, and even their tip can be deducted from the balance on the account. We can even notify you when the account is getting low.

I have an elderly mother/father living in Knoxville and it's tough to get a good hot meal delivered to their home. Can you help?

YES! Simply call 865-622-EATS and purchase a "Gift Card" for your family member. These are available in any amount and can be paid for over the phone by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. You can also place advance orders by emailing management@622eats.com.

**Other Important Information**

Restaurant prices are subject to change without notice. No restaurant coupons or promotions accepted. Menu prices may be higher than in-house prices due to the cost of delivery (insurance, containers, packaging, etc.). Some in-house menu items may not be available for delivery through 622-EATS , and all menu items listed are subject to availability.

All orders include a 5% service fee and all credit card orders include a $0.50 processing fee. There is a $10 minimum order amount on all orders. 

During football season, home-game traffic will prevent Delivery Professionals from accessing campus-area restaurants and customers;therefore, these vendors' menus will be disabled during the busiest traffic jams on Game Day (GO VOLS!). Additionally,all vendors reserve the right to cut off delivery orders during their extremely busy times.

Please call us immediately (within 15 minutes maximum) at 865-622-3287 if the restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order. We cannot issue credits unless we know about the mistake within 15 minutes of delivery.

622-EATS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
